Refund Policy

Awsyde sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for you.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before booking.

1. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled any number of times, provided that:

  • the reschedule request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time, and

  • a suitable time slot is available.

A reschedule is considered confirmed only when a new date and time have been successfully selected and agreed upon.

 

If no suitable time is available when attempting to reschedule, the reschedule is not completed. In this case, you may choose to cancel the session and receive a full refund, provided the request is made outside the 24-hour window.

 

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session cannot be accommodated.

 

Once a session has been successfully rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for a refund, unless the session is later cancelled by Awsyde.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund if rescheduling is not desired or not possible.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Missed sessions or no shows are non-refundable.

 

 

3. Late Arrivals

Refunds are not provided for late arrivals. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions:

  • Arrivals within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time may continue, but the session will still end at the original scheduled time.

  • Arrivals beyond 10 minutes are considered missed sessions and are non-refundable.

 

4. Sessions Ended Early

No refunds will be issued for sessions that end early due to:

  • violation of the Terms and Conditions

  • disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour

  • behaviour that makes the instructor uncomfortable

 

5. Changes Initiated by Awsyde

If Awsyde needs to cancel or is unable to proceed with a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered two options:

  • receive a full refund, or

  • reschedule the session to a new available time

The choice is entirely yours.

6. External Factors

Awsyde is not responsible for disruptions caused by:

  • weather conditions

  • transportation delays

  • venue closures

  • third-party rules or policies

In such cases, rescheduling may be offered at Awsyde’s discretion, depending on circumstances and availability.

 

7. Scope of Service

All Awsyde sessions are one-on-one Thai language learning experiences.

The session fee covers teaching time only. Food, drinks, transportation, and any personal expenses are not included unless stated otherwise.

This Refund Policy exists to keep scheduling clear, fair, and respectful of time for everyone involved.

By booking an Awsyde experience, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
